These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and zenylo LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 12727034), trading as briefOS ("briefOS", "we", "us", "our"), regarding your access to and use of the briefOS services, including our website at briefos.com, web application at briefos.ai, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using briefOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
briefOS is a decision engine for creative strategists. It analyzes advertising creatives — including video, static, and carousel ads — and produces structured breakdowns, script analyses, and brief templates. The Service is intended for professional use by advertising strategists, creative directors, and marketing operators.
3. Account registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscription and billing
briefOS is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate of your chosen plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from within the app. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) upload content you do not have the right to share; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk; or (e) use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by briefOS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant briefOS a limited license to process that content for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. briefOS does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis produced will be accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, briefOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
